As a pioneer in high-quality urban condominium homes, Zacher Homes wanted show how their offerings came standard with features that other builders weren’t even considering. Wilson Creative proposed building the campaign around the idea that Zacher Homes set a new standard, as in new “standard” features.

To illustrate the concepts, WC used bold expressive images to highlight the concept of several of the new features and included a map of their branded properties on every ad.
